Dependant on the requirements this stage will normally involve discovery sessions with users and understanding external factors that may influence requirements for the application.
If the product is replacing an outgoing solution, discussions around what currently works well, what doesn’t, and ideal world functionality are considered.
This step will assist with commercial considerations around funding and grants as you will be able to demonstrate the conceptual information being formulised into a real-world application.
